I had to reformat my entire hard disk

I was having problems with my computer earlier and tried to reinstall Windows. Well, that didn't work at all so I called Gateway even though my warranty had run out. The guy in tech support helped me (even though he really wasn't supposed to.) It turned out that I had to write zeros to my hard disk and then partition and format it. So, I lost everything on my hard disk

I recently had to do this too. I am still replacing things I lost. The worst were the favorite places and my music files. We had a full gig of music saved, all gone.

Yep, the music is definitely the worst for me.
