I Had Pool Guests today!

It was such a nice day I had pool guests. The pool was too cold for me, but my new friends found it just right!

We have a pair of ducks that spend the spring in our backyard pond. They have ventured into our front yard pond this summer too. They are cute but OH BOY do they leave a mess!!!

My parents have 2 ducks - this is the 2nd year they have come back. My mom named them Drake & Daisy. They swim in the neighbors inground pool.

I wish we had ducks. We have frogs - some kind of tree frogs that have been living in our pool. We took 9 out then another 5 out and took them down to the stream by our house and now we have another one that has been hanging out in it. We also have squirells that have fell into our pool - we took 3 out so far this year. We had to drain most of the water out due to the cover collapsing due to weight of ice & snow back in December. Hopefully with in the next 2 weeks, the kids can start to use it. We need to figure out what to do with the frogs though. They keep coming back. The chemicals are not fazing them at all.

We have the same 2 ducks(well, not the same two exactly, lol, but same looking) in our pool cover. They are so cute. They quack to each other and then fly away at the exact same time!

Usually get frogs and or ducks in my area. Thank god the canadian geese mostly stay down by the lakes...

Very cute. We used to have frogs. They'd jump in and swim around, then wait on the ladder to be scooped out in the morning. We had one huge bullfrog that went in every night.
