I've be goofing off and not calling despite all the sucess posts, but finally called and discovered I had a PIN! 
The PIN is good thru the 24th of Dec, 2011 with significant blackout dates.
40% of Deluxe
35% of Moderate and Value resorts
15% the campground.
I didn't run through all the blackouts, but it was good for use:
Oct 23-29th [which I booked]
Nov 13-19th [blackout from Oct 29th - Nov 13th]
Nov 27 - Dec 3 [blackout from the 19th -27th]
Dec 11 -24 [blackout between 3d and 11th]
anyway, it worked out well for us, and I'll just cobble together a couple more days somehow on one end or the other based on airfare.....this will be our first stay at a Moderate [POFQ], but with the new refurb/queen beds I think it will be ok. Because we have until the 28th to book, I suspect we'll do a bit of look around while we are there in early Feb to make our final decision on resort.
