I got the Mickey Carpet bag today!

Just looked on DS site and the carpet bag is now unavailable.

i am now waiting for the retro mickey duffle to go on sale!! cross your fingers. Hopefully there will be athread like this one that alerts me.

Actually I did get the carpet bag because I did not think the retro duffel would be on sale before we go again. I have the carry on and backpack for the retro and I am kicking myself for not getting the duffel when it was on sale last time. You will love the knapsack. It really is roomy and very useful and cute.

This is probably a long shot, but......does anyone have a Mickey tote they were going to return? I got the carpet bag as a gift for my sister and thought I'd get the the tote to match. Now they are sold out. I read above that someone was thinking of returning a carpet bag so just thought I would ask if anyone was going to return a tote. Thanks for reading!

I too am really happy with the carpet bag and tote! I am using it for my 5 day trip in September but I really bought it for my trip to the hospital for when baby comes!!!! Figured it could hold all my stuff, all babies stuff, snacks and diapers!!!!

Got our two carpet bags and one tote bag in the mail Saturday. I was lucky enough to use the Back to School code and purchase more than $75.00 so I got a discount plus free shipping!! One note.....the bag is adorable but the handles are flimsy and, once full, the bag is so large that I think the handles will easily rip the side of the bag if you pick it up or pull it by one handle. Make sure to grasp both handles, together, to protect where they are sewn to the sides.

Got my carpet bag too!!! Love it,,,I will probably use it as a CATCH all for last min ..OH MAN I WILL NEED THIS bag LOL..I wanted the MICKEY LUGGAGE,, but missed out on the sale,,so I went to Walmart and bought a set of black luggage, and then went and bought IRON ONE MICKEY ICONS (on was a large one with the FAB FIVE on it) the other two were MICKEY himself.

I ironed them on the front---THEY Look GREAT...you would never know they were not bought just like that!!!! My neices LOVED it,,so I think that may be their Christmas gifts this year,,!!!

Got my carpet bag and tote today as well. They are great! I'm not one to want anything flashy so this subtle pattern is a wonderful way to have some Disney with me without being too obvious. Of course, when I do want to flash a bit, I've got my beautiful sequined and beaded Tinkerbell purse I got at Wal Mart for under $15. (It took a while to convince my DD that Tink was for mommy and not for her, though. )

Both of my daughters have very large wheeled bags from Target that are made from very thin material (thinner but similiar to the Mickey Carpet Bag). We originally bought them for camp. Those bags have been to camp, Hawaii, Florida, camping, etc. and they have held up as well as our expensive luggage They don't have any great features but they have not torn and are easy to clean because they just wipe off - we've certainly gotten our use out of them for $18.00.

I think the carpet bag will hold up for a long time and you can't beat the price. I do wish it were smaller and had some pockets inside - but again it was only $9.99!

Just got my 3 bags today! One for me, one for my friend who is going on the cruise with us and for a Christmas gift. First think DH saw when he came in the door and commented about how big it is. Can't wait to use it as a carry on on our November cruise!
