I got my membership card, it's official!!!!

That's right, I got my membership card in the mail, my AARP memberhsip card that is, so I guess it's official, I'm old. :thumbsup:

But I have to pay a membership fee to join the club. So I wonder, if I don't pay the membership fee, and am not old?

So now that I'm officially old, LOOK OUT DENNY'S HERE I COME!!!!! Oh wait, it's 4:30 already, is that too late?

I got a card too but I'm not old I guess I got membership because my husband is old! He had to pay too. He's had it since May and is itching for a reason to use it.

Get an auto insurance quote - we saved a huge chunk, like $1500 a year! They will insure teen drivers on the parents policy also!

I think they are too busy trying to help get the "kill the old people heath care bill" passed to send out cards. You won't need it soon anyway.

Hahaha, congrats! We went out for BBQ when my fiance's uncle turned 50, and his son had the restaurant put "Congratulations, Rusty just joined AARP!" on their sign out front.

Me too!!! I have had it since I was 40, DH was 50. I keep it in my wallet right behind my Victoria's Secret card. Just to remind me that I am not THAT old!!!

We like to travel and save money at the hotels we stay at. It more than pays for itself!!!
