I got my BOG ADR!!!!

I just called back, was very worried after reading this. They said I was booked, with NO cc# and there was NO problem :confused3 Thought they would take my cc#, but he said no, that if I had my confirmation # that it was booked with no problem :woohoo: Also, it's showing up with my other ressies online.

We were told the same--- Once we received the conf #, we are booked and good to go--- the system just never asked for the CC number--
 
Thanks so much for clarifying!! After that fiasco I didn't want to leave anything up to chance!

I hope this is true. And if it is, I've spent the last 30 minutes on hold for nothing :rotfl2:

Maybe when I talk to someone I'll make some random ADRs...thats always fun!
 
Disney's system will auto cancel any reservation that is supposed to have a credit card attached and doesn't. If it were me, and I booked through the auto system I would be calling back to get an agent and make sure my reservation was OK. If your reservation auto cancels and then someone else comes along and books your day and time there's not much Disney can do... Not saying Disney won't try to accommodate you when you find out days down the road that your reservation auto canceled but I wouldn't want to take that chance.

Curious about this. I got our reservation after 25 minutes of re-dialing. Got the automated system, it did not ask for CC info, and got a confirmation #. I checked our reservation page and the ressie is there. Printed it out and placed in my travel folder. I guess I assumed that if your dining reservations are linked to your room reservations they would attached the CC info from there.
 

hi , i got through using the recreation # 407- 939-7529 it took 15 minutes! they will do dining ressies good- luck!!!
 
Got the last reservation for Dec 8 at 8:45 pm ...party of four . Had to use my telephone number. You will need to change that later when the dust settles. Please email me at for details and confirmation !!!

We cannot thank you enough for helping us out with this reservation! As you might imagine I was quite frustrated after 3 hours of busy signals! When I finally got through there were no reservations remaining between 11/29 and 12/8 :-( Just as my eyes were starting to tear up... I saw your posting and started to laugh instead of cry! My daughter is elated! She's now 12 and has been in love with Belle for 11 years!

It's so nice to know that there are still kind people in this world like yourself. People that are still willing to help others and we cannot thank you enough!

Finally got through on DVC number at about 9:14. I had been trying on the Disney Dining number since 6:00 a.m. central time. Three hours on the phone is way to long, but good news. I GOT A RESERVATION, for the exact day and time I wanted.

I got my reservation for November 28th at 4:15! Woohoo, it's an early dinner but I will totally take it. Gonna do an early counter service lunch there that day too. Very excited!

It did take me an hour and a half between trying to get a call to connect and then 45 minutes on hold waiting for an agent.
 
Are they only doing 180 days +10 at this point? Our 180 days doesn't open until Saturday,m but I don't want to miss out if they've extended the window!
 
For all of you who got ADRs for the first week, be sure to post dining reviews!!! I would have loved to get an ADR for 11/19 but I woke up at 9 and I don't like playing phone tag. :laughing: DH and I already had an ADR at LTT for dinner on the 19th so we're going to try grabbing a CS lunch at BOG on opening day and keeping our original dinner.

I can't believe the first week is fully booked already! :scared1: Glad someone confirmed that so I didn't have to try calling again!
 
I called exactly at 6 CST (7 EST) and only had a 5 minute wait, and got the day and time I was looking for. I NEVER get that lucky! The only bummer is it's not for us but for my BIL's family whose trip I'm booking. Our daughter's getting married next May so no $ for WDW for a while :(
Maybe I got through so fast because I called on the travel agent's 800 number? Probably not though since I think the calls all go to the same place? I wonder if they are "saving" any reservations for those who will book online since they don't get to do that until Tues? So thankful for the DIS so I knew I could call this morning!
 
I have been on hold for over 40 minutes listening to it's a small world and yo ho a pirates life for me! I will have those tunes in my head all day! Still do not have a ressie yet but i am closer...i hope! I have been at this since 8am

Wahoo. Just called. Got the circuits are busy crap for a few minutes. Took me 5 minutes total to get through and make the reservation for my exact date. 30 mins earlier than I wanted, but I can deal!

Can't wait now....
 
Like others, I was concerned about my reservation thru automated system with no credit card info, so I called DVC Member Services. She put me on hold to check, because the system isn't yet allowing modifications to existing reservations. She was told by "the powers that be" that they are aware that the automated system doesn't collect credit card info, and that if I have a reservation number from it, I am fine (it won't be cancelled).

been redailing since 6:50 am est Michigan for my grandkids its now 10:55 aqnd no luck we dont even need the firstweek:( i feel horrible) Granma always comes thru for them :(

I just called and talked to a very sweet CM and I told her I booked through the automatic booking, and they did not ask for my Credit Card #. I asked her if I needed one and she said yes and took my info.

So now my credit card is with BOG and I dont have to worry! Yay!
