I got my BOG ADR!!!!

The UK number worked for me. I got through immediately. I didn't get either my first or second choices, but I did manage to get the night we arrive, December 12 at 7:35, so I'm happy. Good luck all.
 
Did anyone else have to leave a CC hold using the automated system?

I received conf #, and DID confirm the ressie, but never asked me for credit card info... Hmmmmm ???

I'm calling back so mine doesnt get canceled...because apparently they will be canceled with no number. Oh well. I guess my nap can wait!:headache:

although, i honestly love listening to this music!
 

I believe we are all set... Nov 27th at 5pm. We will be attending MVMCP that evening too.. we had our resort concierge make the ADR, and I just called in to check on if it went thru, and they said I am all set. Last week, I gave my cc info when I phoned in regarding BoG. Yay!

After 70 minutes redialing and another 75 minutes on hold I got reservations for dec 12th at 4. They said that the restaurant will not be open on nights that have the Christmas party. I don't think that location had anything to do with delays. I live in Nova Scotia. Anyways, it was worth the wait.

This is the same thing CM told me... no ADR's after a 4:30 on Christmas Party nights... I think I said Parade in my earlier post... sorry about that.

That happened to me. I got the day and time at BOG, and then got kicked to an agent because I can't speak clearly either! :rotfl: When I finally got through to the agent, an hour later, they knew exactly what I was looking for and I was granted the ressie. Good luck to you!
 
Well, after 2hours and 20minutes of calling I got through. But the automated service couldn't tell the difference between A and K for our name. So was put on hold for over 50minutes and by that time November 30 was all booked up. That was the only day we had free. So I guess we will have to try and eat lunch their or hope someone will cancel. That is what the CM told me, keep looking and maybe someone will cancel. I will not hold my breath. Maybe it is for the best. I am a little worried my picky eaters (DD5 & DD2) would not like anything on the kids menu.

I spent 45 minutes with the lovely busy signal or circuits are busy message on both home and cell. Then got thru on cell phone thankfully as it was first day of school here and I have one starting Kindergarten. Spent an hour and a half on hold. DH walked the kids into school and I said my goodbyes at the car. Made it back home and finally got to make them. But did get my first choice of dates and an acceptable time. So we will get trying it out on December 17th. :cheer2::cheer2:

Only way I could get a reservation was thru DVC. Got one on Dec 12. Was never able to get through on the regular DINE number even sitting at a railroad crossing for 45 minutes while 2 freight trains went through!

What a morning!
 
Disney's system will auto cancel any reservation that is supposed to have a credit card attached and doesn't. If it were me, and I booked through the auto system I would be calling back to get an agent and make sure my reservation was OK. If your reservation auto cancels and then someone else comes along and books your day and time there's not much Disney can do... Not saying Disney won't try to accommodate you when you find out days down the road that your reservation auto canceled but I wouldn't want to take that chance.

I just called back, was very worried after reading this. They said I was booked, with NO cc# and there was NO problem :confused3 Thought they would take my cc#, but he said no, that if I had my confirmation # that it was booked with no problem :woohoo: Also, it's showing up with my other ressies online.
 
Is it true that they will cancel the Res if you didn't give a Credit Card # ?? Where did that info come from?? I'd happily have give the # if they had asked for it...

I had this happen to me and it let go of the time. I even told the CM that I was told on the automated service that they gave me 4:20 and she checked again but sadly everything was booked by then. She told me to keep checking back to see if someone cancels.
