I got a stepper!

Some of you remember, I asked a while about steppers. Well I picked one up from target this week. It's a mini-stepper, which is nice because I can pick it up and take it room to room. But I have to tell you, boy is it hard work. I have to take several (several, several) breaks to make it through 10 minutes. Luckily the little computer doesn't reset quickily after you stop, it stops too, and then continues when you restart. I'm hoping to burn some calories build up some endurance with this thing (I'm so bad with cardio!) We'll see!

Congrats to you! I love steppers, they are my favorite. I have to loose some weight though before I can have one at home. Most have weight limits that I exceed. So for now I will use the one at the gym, and sometime down the road I will get one for home. What brand do you have? and how much was it? if you don't mind answering. Just wondering for my future purposes!

I think it was Pro spirit or Proform, whatever brand Target carries. And it was $50 (which is part of the reason I bought it) It comes with arm band, but I'm not sure I'll be using them too much
