Had a similar experience last year. Was booked for early April and had called to put in a room request on my ressie, and asked if the CM could check and see if there was a pin code, would have liked to apply it to my ressie.
He said, well, there are so many out there, is there something specific you're looking for? I said a friend had gotten the Kids Free code, would love if there was a code for that for me.
He said "Kids Free, no problem, I can apply that". There was no okay, let me check, just the instant response from him. I was sitting here like OMG, really!??? Couldn't wait till the email confirmation came through to see it to believe it!
Saved me $777 off my 5 night stay at Pop - woohoo!
He was an older gentleman, very nice CM - wish I'd have him every time I call in!
Otherwise, have been always calling to check for pins - never receive any in email.... and always told nope, there is nothing. ugh!
