I got a code!!! Is this really a good deal!?!?

I'm the one that start the thread the other day about pin codes, and I got one in the mail today!

To those wondering the details:
It is address to DH (who never books anything and doesn't even really like Disney ). We haven't stayed on-site in 11 years (seriously), but I do order the Vacation DVD every year.

It's for kids 3-9 staying, playing, & dining for free. $658 per adult for a 4-night/5 day vacation. Dates are 5/22/09-6/12/09 or 6/24/09-8/8/09. I'm calling today, but does that $1316 include food/tickets/hotel for the 2adults?

Is this really a good deal??? We always stay off-site for next to nothing (family's timeshare).
I guess I'm looking for someone to say "oh yes, that's the best deal out there. Jump on it." Then maybe I can convince DH.

I'm a little confused by your post?

I just booked free dining, and had a long talk with a very knowledgeable CM and she assured me that you can't use a code/discount on the room and book free dining - the only way to get free dining is to pay rack rate (asking because I'm an AP holder).

That said, $658 a night per adult seems HIGH to me, considering we are paying $82 for Pop!

It's for $658 per adult for 4 nights/5 days.

But I'm checking Disney's website and there's a deal on there for free dining that says

So the only difference between my code and the one on-line is $74?

I guess one thing is my dates are different. The one on-line is for August, the one I got is for May-August.

yes it should include tix for everyone, food for everyone and then the hotel room.

I got the same - actually my mom (who hasn't gone in years) and DH (who doesn't plan ANY part of it either) got one...still looking for November-it's like being at the casinos--come on lucky777!!! I was thinking of doing this deal that we got -but the kids want to go around xmas (and I do too!) but the summer in Florida is to HOT for me--I stick with going to Jersey for the hot weather!

I got the same code. It's not a ton of money saved. But it was a little. The free kids tix helps us since we needed to buy 10 day hoppers anyway.
