I go to DisneyLand tomorrow!!! Could be dangerous.

We applied for the Disney credit card and it arrived a few days ago. My 17 month old has a cold but no fever so we are still going...she is still playing and acting fine so I am crossing my fingers she stays well enough to go. She came down with it on MOnday night around 8 pm and she has been coughing for a few days now.

I hope the weather cooperates and doesn't rain too hard if it rains. I am so excited!

Yay you are going to Disneyland!!!

(whispers) I hate to be the one to have to tell you that we are expecting 3 storms in the next week, with rain everyday for the next 5 days (except tomorrow). Now granted, we are talking So. Cal rain and not WA rain, but.... rain nonetheless.

Just thought I'd let you know so you can pack accordingly.

Honestly the weather/rain reporting here means nothing. When I checked ahead of time on our dates it was supposed to not rain except the last day. It rained everyday except the last one, lol. Luckily there are plenty of things to do to get out of the rain.

Well... I would love for the Weather Channel to be right and the local news stations to be wrong because I hate rain.

Local ABC news is saying rain today (which I know does not affect you), cloudy/sunny tomorrow, and rain of varying amounts Sunday PM - Tuesday.

So Californians are in "getting ready for rain storms" mode, but again, that could be all relative compared to what you are used to. Here's hoping for very little rain over the next few days.

I hope you have a great trip and that your little one feels better once she sees Mickey!

Have a great time. For now it looks like Sat. will be okay. They keep saying the storm coming in is going to be pretty bad. Hitting Sunday, or Monday, or? The forecasts keep changing. Either way, it will be cold so bundle up.

Most likely no tornado...Rain, heavy at times, cold, and alot of snow in the local mountains.

Ha, I love that! Spoken like a true denizen of the southwestern deserts. I had only lived in Arizona for a few years when I came to hate the rain. Oh sure, the rain is our only source of water and without it WE WILL DIE but it's just not fair that there are as many as 15 days every year where my outdoor plans might be inconvenienced.

And don't even get me started on the cold! How dare the weather dip below 50 degrees?!?

Well I dont know if you can give babies Zycam but I started taking it 2 days ago on the onset of a cold. I woke up today feeling 90%. Now let me tell you, I can be in a grocery store and have someone on the other side of the store sneeze and the next day I will wake up feeling like I am going to die!! I mean, I get killer colds. I get so sick I am in bed for days. This is the first time in my life that I have stopped a cold and reversed it. Like I said, I dont know if they have zycam for babies but if they do, I would suggest her taking it.

For those who are there today, the weather is beautiful! Blue skies with alot of big white (and some grayish) clouds. And it looks like tomorrow's storm may be a little bit late getting here.

The weather may be good... But the crowds are not. We were expecting between 60-70k today. The finding nemo line is all the way out of the queue and parallel with the matterhorn line.
