Our final night was spent at
MVMCP. I knew that Ahola Isle was not going to be open during the party, so after riding Carousel of Progress (another thing that was not going to be running during the party), we headed over to get our Dole Whips. I used to work in this area during my CP, and ran into a couple of managers that were not there when I was there, and omg! I worked there during the wrong time because these managers seemed tons nicer than the ones I had. Anyways, moving on. Good tip for those who like Dole Whip: stand back a little and watch other people order. Go in the line where they are the biggest because some CMs are not too good at swirling the frozen concoction.
My sister got the float, and I just got a regular cup.
A few more rides, and we headed to our ressie at LTT. My mom and I had lunch here once, but this was everyone's first time for dinner. We had a good time, the food was pretty good and the characters made it around quickly in my opinion. We're all adults, so they didn't stay long at our table, though. Our first round of food was a little cold, and sitting directly under the air conditioning didn't help either.
We started with the salad. My sister and I don't like strawberry vinagerette, so I asked if we could have a side of ranch dressing, not realizing the dressing is already mixed in. Our waiter brought us a whole new salad with ranch dressing. No pictures of that, sorry, but my parents were jealous because the lettuce was way more fresh than the one they got. We also got buns with honey butter. Good as well.
Next came out of main meal. Turkey, beef, and pork with some sort of apple tasting sauce. I think only one of us attempted the pork, but we all loved the turkey and beef.
Green beans and mashed potatoes. Both were really really good.
Mac and cheese. I heard it's supposed to be Stouffer's, but it's not like the Stouffer's I've eaten, unless they've changed the recipe recently. No one else really complained about it, but I thought it tasted like it was made with Cheez Whiz.
And finally, dessert. I came in expecting cherry cobbler, but instead we were surprised with apple cobbler! All were pleased. And you can tell by this picture, that we were excited for it because I forgot to take a picture until we were all starting to dive in.
Hours later, when our meal had finally digested a tad, we headed to a cookie/hot chocolate spot, and I got a strawberry funnel cake from Sleepy Hollow. I never really ate funnel cakes until I worked at Sleepy. I was really missing out! It was good as always, but I didn't finish it because I thought I was going to have some help but everyone else was too stuffed.
And that completes my dining report, hope you all enjoyed! Leaving for home in about an hour

Back to the snow and cold in Ohio!
