but i have a friend who is a protestor against abortion and other important issues i had her read the quotes that you all consider so disturbing she told me and i quote "what that person says is a form of protest against abortion, i have said many things very similar to what that person has said and have been considered and inspiration, but i mean not to be rude but i think yall are being judgmental of the person who posted this, i mean have any of you even talked to the person who posted it to understand their point of view on the subject

I did not sign my 9 year old daughter up for VMK to learn about abortion. That type of dicussion has no place on VMK.

I also do not think vmk is the place for this discussion. I am against abortion and believe that there is a time and place for this discussion, which it not in a childs game.
We should voice our opinions to our congress and senate as well as teach our children in our own manner as to our views

and i totally agree with her at least until someone talks to the person that posted and find out what they mean by it and until then i will stand firmly by my friend michelle's statement.

The bigger picture... That may be but I agree with Loves Disney. VMK is NOT the place to be protesting; especially on such a controversial matter.

I think a few of you are missing the bigger picture. Whether its right or wrong is not the issue, the issue is should this sort of thing should be flaunted around VMK, and the answer is without a doubt NO.

Children need to learn these sorts of things from their parents when they're older and develop their own opinions, but they don't need people telling them frightening stories in a game.

My opinion... My question is, whatever happened to mind your own business? If you have never been in a situation where abortion is an option then don't try and preach about what is morally wrong and what is morally right. Women facing abortion need counselling, support, and time to think, making it illegal will most likely not change anything. Your body is your own temple and you can not force a woman to have a baby. It's her egg, her body, and her decision.

You may think that I'm a horrible person for saying that, but its just my opinion. I would never turn to abortion, but some women would. Let them have a choice; adoption, abortion, to keep the child. Why take away an option that might be the right choice? It all depends on the circumstances. I once heard of a 13 year-old, 80 pound girl who became pregnant from rape, the doctors said she would die if she had the baby, what would you do in that situation? You don't know because you have never been there.

Summary.. Although we all have different opinions about abortion, that isn't the issue. This should not be discussed in VMK, and that is all there is to it.

I totally respect Staff and all they do to keep VMK safe. And I know that it is enormously difficult to keep track of every single thing a VMK player says. As I always say, "A virtual world attracts virtual predators". I guess that I wish people would realize this is DISNEY!! and we should remember the kids in this situation. It's simply not fair to go from a free-chat site to a monitored kids game and use the same content. I hope that Staff banned that person, because they deserve it!

Ok so this one time i made a (what i call) "fantasy character" and logged into VMK. I got sent to the Espalande and there was a bunch of new guests (or so i thought...) so i walked out and i get so many rude comments from a Guest such as " your ugly" "no girl would want you" etc. so i say "I'm against taken because i think it is wrong" and then we get into this huge fight and somethings he says in it is stuff like "you have no imagination. VMK is for kids to spread their imagination and we do it by doing taken" " your a dumbo" etc. and then i say "Please stop talking to me like that. I was only expressing my opinion." He goes "Dumbo!i was banned for tent (10) ears (years) and you do see me getting mad do you?"the fight went on and onuntil i left

I know that it is a trite comment, but you could be playing VMK right now instead of being banned for so long. But I hope those guests got banned too

Yesterday some guy walked up to me and said I was ugly.

Strangely, she asked to be my friend. I'm sick of scammers, and people calling each other bad names. Can you really get banned for telling something bad that happened to someone in VMK? I got a warning for telling a CL about something that someone did that was wrong.
