I found my Florida house!!!!

My Gram's. I was up visiting my parents and DH and I were saying how we eventually want to move to Florida. My mom and dad bought my grandmother's house from her a couple of years ago and Gram gets to live there forever. My mom was saying how my dad does not want to move to Florida. (I doubt dad will ever sell their house and move anywhere else) So mom said she would give us first refusal. So cool. Gram is very healthy so I don't expect to be buying the house anytime soon.
