My shoes are HIGH though. Like over 4 inches one pair, and I almost REALLY feel like Marisa Tomei . I'll get used to them, they are GORGEOUS. I am in love with one pair, and so so with the other. Wearing the wedges tonight, and will keep the stripper heels for next week downtown.

Today marks the 1yr Anniversary of my last brain surgery. I did need more surgery for complications..BUT.

Today I celebrate my life. Last year at this time I was already under, I was uncertain if it would be my last Mother's day, last everything...etc..

I decided last night that instead of all the doom and gloom, the new results I have, the new results I am waiting for, I would just be HAPPY, celebrate the fact that although I will need more surgery as life continues, I don't need it now. I have my family, my children, and today will just be a celebration...

We are ordering pizza, no cooking for me. I will do this morning, but NOTHING else but lie in the warm sunshine. My good friend is coming over for supper, so it will be the kids, myself and her, and perhaps a CORONA..

My back is killing me! I pulled my shoulder blade on Saturday, and now my lower back hurts too. I think I'll try to spend most of today in bed. Who's not old? I feel 100 today!

Sorry to hear about your back...Ouch. Try a heating pad in bed? That helps me. Alternating ice/heat, but hate the ice..

I am just ok today. Think my body has finally rid the booze from the weekend, and I am cleaning cleaning cleaning.. Fast steak, rice, and salad for supper.

It was a crazy weekend. Ballet and Piano....I let the kids skip today and they are in bed with Gramma, just soaking in the Gramma-ness.

That is too cool about the Royal Wedding stuff! Take a pic of your shrine. I will say that...I don't understand why William doesn't do something about his hair. He has money. Remember how hot he was when he was 19ish? Yes, I am shallow.

Rain here, but the sun is shining, perhaps for 5 minutes. I think i heard it might be out for the whole day on Saturday. I hope so.

Busy long weekend coming up here for the Queen's Bday. Kids get Friday and Monday off . I have 2 parties, and my cousin's little boys Bday party on Sunday. The fair is around, so we must do that my DD says.

I would say casual for both. Can't go wrong. If we are all dying, at least we can be comfy

It was ok, just ok, as I was the ONLY one not drinking. Came home pretty early, and today is housework day. Tomorrow it is supposed to be SUNNY Then party at night.

I hope for great weather for you. Enough darn rain already!!! I have frizzy hair now, and I'm not bothering. Rain = curls AKA FUZZ. I straightened it for an hour last night, and woke up looking like Diana Ross.
