Another gorgeous day here. My son got off at 5;30am, and I hope they have a great week exploring, and some down time as well.

I had the best evening with my nephew of 20 months. Hugs and kisses from the nose to the toes.. Love to get my dose of baby, and then come home

Crap, I forgot . I was so exhausted after that early wake up call (4am), and not successfully resting after, I was out by 10ish. Sure feels good this morning. Already have 1/2 done, house cleaned, and supposed to have a friend over for lunch.

My house is SOOOOOO empty. My son is at his first destination and loving it. Somehow I found out at 5am he has a girlfriend and they really are not segregated in the hotels. The rooms are all boy, all girl, but the floors NO. So then came a fast little talk about some issues

Did you have a good weekend? Mine was quite good.The best part where the baby kisses , the worst was leaving as he was crying for me to stay, and we had to trick him.

Good morning.

Let's see, we had dentist appointments early Saturday morning. The dentist is halfway to the NJ house, so we had to get up early. I'm having a crown replaced, so he pulled off the old one and gave me a temp new one.

I forgot that I took an 18 pound turkey out of the freezer and put it in the fridge two weeks ago (at the country place). It FINALLY was almost completely defrosted so I spent the rest of Saturday making a turkey dinner (I don't even like it - DH begged for it). Also did a little yard work.

We slept really late yesterday (he's exhausted from overtime at work). By the time we ate breakfast it was 12:00. Did some shopping, then headed back to NY. Watched the country music show - that was awesome!

All in all a tiring but boring weekend

Sweet, sorry we couldn't stop by - there are not enough hours in a weekend

My girlfriend just called and wants to go SHOPPING!!! Ummmm, I can not possibly say NO, can I?

I told her no matter what I say DO NOT LET me buy anymore shoes. I need jeans, a belt, some tops for the warmer weather, and well ya never know Possibly a new jacket.

I stayed booze free all weekend, and am thankful for that. Today is another day , and we shall see where that goes by tonight.

Yeah, I took some slipping pills last night. Slept 8 hrs, which for me is miraculous. Took a shower at 7. Hair is done, dressed, make up is on. In my defense, my friend is a flight attendant, and looks good with no make-up on. I did not want to scare her when she got here.

Back. Had a great time. A friend from college opened one of the First bath and Body works. Spent an hour in there and bought almost the entire line of Twilight woods. Smells heavenly.

NO SHOES. I did not buy a single pair of shoes or boots. DH can't believe it. He says he will believe it when he gets home

I did purchase 2 summer dresses. One black, one white, different of course, 2 blouses and I cant' remember what else? I am sure there was something else, but alas you get the idea. Had a great time. Great mall Fairview, and nobody in it on a MOnday

Dh is doing a double, so it will be my DD her BFF, my BFF and chinese food with a bottle of wine

Crapstick. We had 2, or more like I had 2 ..

No shoes, but I bought the most marvelous tops/dresses in smaller sizes . I never ever ever thought I would EVER fit into. So that really pleases me.

I still need shoes and a belt for Thursday night. Night out with old school friends, Kareoke (Sp?) not sure I'll like that, but heck it is in a bar/pub. Somehow I can't sstand to buy belts with the darn sizes INBRED in them. They should NOT put that inside. I shall invent belts with no sizes in them . Ok I need to sleep some.

I did! I couldn't believe that happened to them.

Is the DIS crazy slow for anyone else? Often I can't even get anything to load.
