I think Sharon A. is right about human nature. As a hairstylist I hear so many comments and stories about husbands it would make your head swim. They sit in my chair and vent and I think people post things to vent too. I rarely ever hear how prince charming is so wonderful--usually it is the annoying things that get talked about. It just needs to be vented, I guess. And like someone else said, the good stuff gets said between the two of them.

BTW, I thought the dear husband thread was quite cute/clever.

LOL Gina - God knows I've been walking the walk so long my feet hurt! (just ocassionally, though!)

Saffron - DH would kill for your Doobie Brothers Greatest Hits I, I'm sure! He loves that song Black Water and sings it at the top of his lungs whenever we're lucky enough to catch it on the radio.

I can see the theraputic needs of both of the threads. I am in the beginning stages of rebuilding our relationship after I did something stupid, by writing words in an email to someone that meant nothing. My baby has many silly quirks that drive me crazy but at this moment I would give everything to walk over to the couch and hand him a soda and give him a kiss. It's only a matter of time and love before he comes home but I would give anything for him to be here now.....
