I finally got my new member guide book

Since I asked so many times just thought I would let everyone know that I finally got it today. No pins yet but I do have that book.

Just got mine, too! Book only arrived in the mail on Tuesday. Haven't had a chance to look at it yet, but plan to today.

I still haven't gotten mine so, for anyone in the same boat - I called MS yesterday, since they said to call on the first of November and, as promised, they took my request to send it again.

As far as the pins - don't know if this is old news, or not, but... She said that they are sending them out in groups at a time - through December. For any that don't get them by that date in December, they're just outta luck - they aren't going to get one. BUT - they can call MS, and place an order through their "mail order department" (?), but they'll get a <i>different</i> pin - there won't be anymore of the ones they're sending out now.

Also - I think she said they've sent out 55,000 pins, so far - or maybe it will be 55,000, total. <i>My</i> question is ... why didn't they just send ONE pin out per membership, so there would be no issue of them "running out" of these pins... Oh well...

Thought this was quite a story - not sure how accurate it is, but that's what she told me.... FWIW.

I too called today to request another manual since the original is still AWOL. They couldn't even give me a time-line for when they would ship out the replacement manual. The pins are still a no show as well. At this point I'm loosing a little bit of hope with each passing day of ever getting those pins
