I finally found a Wii!!!

Unfortunately it is at a Walmart here in Mexico City, and the cost is 450.00 for just the system and the Wii sports (the same thing that would only cost 250.00 in the states). I think I will wait, and try my luck next week when we are in Texas.
But maybe, just maybe this means that Nintendo is finally start to catch up to the overwhelming demand, and that there might be a few Wii's floating around next week.

Good luck!My son purchased 1 4 weeks ago. The whole family plays, even my husband, who hates video games loves playing the sports. It's a lot of fun when our whole family plays. You'll love it!

Good luck finding one. Once you do you will have loads of fun. The Wii is perfect if you have kids because they get a kick out of going up against you in various sports. This is the first gaming system we have bought and we love it!

Rumor has it that there is going to be another release to the stores on February 28. I haven't gotten one yet either. They always release them on Sundays and by the time I get back from Church they're GONE.

I hope this is correct. My dd told me she would like one and my dh said he thought one would be fun, too. I have been using the trackers with no luck.

Wii got my DS one for christmas and they have loads of fun with it. I have all the kids in my house but thats ok now DH may say different cause it's his big screen their playing on. OH by the way his wristband broke already do any of you know where I can find a replacement in stores please pm me. you know how fast treads move here and I can' seem to use search. very well

You never know when one will turn up!

Last Sunday, I walked by & saw 5 Wii's sitting in the display case at my local Target! When I walked by again, a 1/2 hour later, an employee was taking out the last box to sell to someone.

A few days before that, in the same store, they had a ton of the accessories, (wireless remotes, nunchucks, etc).

Just keep looking. I hope you get one soon!!

My DS8 is getting one for his b-day tomorrow!!
