I felt like a child today going to McDonald's!

I went today to get a toy from the "Happiest Celebration on earth" collection today. I got Mickey. I asked if they had any others in stock. The employee said not on the floor, but if I would wait a minute she will go to the basement and see what they had. She came up with the whole collection! It was kinda embarrasing having her hand me a bag load of toys. But, hey! I don't have to go back to Mc Donald's anymore!

It's funny you say that because I've gone in went to McDonalds this past week and sat there the entire time with my food thinking "now, how can I get those things without looking like the biggest idiot here?"

I haven't asked if other toys are available at our MD yet but we did notice that although all we got were Mickeys the cards are all different. So far we have castles at WDW, DL, Hong Kong and Paris.

My DH and I just came back from the drive-thru. Mickey and Minnie! I am so jealous you got the entire collection!

DH took the girls yesterday, they both got Minnie and a WDW Cinderellabration card. they don't know we are going yet! Our McD's do $1.59 happy meals on Wednesdays, so we'll go again then.

My little boys were not too happy to get to Minnie Mouses today, but I was thrilled. (They said, "Minnie is a girl! Yuck!!!") I have a feeling we'll be making many trips to McDs in September while these are available.

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy the toys without the Happy Meals? I'm thinking these would be great Tink gifts to stash for a future trip.

Yes you can get just the toys...I think they run around $1 a piece. I'm guilty of this when they came out with the madam alexander disney dolls!

Took my DD we have Mickey and Minnie as well as Hong Kong castle card and Philarmagic card! DD, who is 4, is running around telling EVERYONE she meets that she is going to WDW!

My DD(17) went to McDonalds yesterday she got a Mickey. She wanted Stitch so she gave me the Mickey and will go back next week for Stitch.

I was sooo excited the other day when I took the kids to mickey d for lunch. My kids would not give up their toys but my niece (5) gave me hers. I am her favorite auntie!!! Now I have to go back and get the rest!!

I'm so sad...I got mine on Ebay too. My DS5 was excited to see these at McD's, but I try to be good and not go too often, so we would never collect the set. It was much cheaper to buy them on Ebay than buy 10 happy meals! I'm feeling good for the saturated fat avoidence too!!! Everyone wins!! Does defeat the fun of collecting a bit though..what a big cheater!!

I typed in "disney happy meal toys". I LOVE DISNEY! I just got back in May and am hoping to go next year for MNSSHP! Gotta talk dh into it now...

Did anyone get "potential winner" game pieces? We didn't.

I think that if you do get a game piece, you have to mail it in for a drawing. It doesn't sound like there are any instant winners.
