I feel sick

over this weekend I have just felt horribly nauseated. it comes and goes, sometimes I will feel fine, other times i fell horrible. anyone have any ideas on what it could be? ( no congestion or coughing either. maybe a low grade fever.)

My guess would be either post nasal drip, which can make you very nauseous without causing nasal congestion, or a mild stomach virus. I hope you feel better soon.

I'd take your temp. If you don't have one that most likely it is just an upset tummy (an irritated stomach can make you not feel "right" for a good solid week), or a drip. I'd give it a few more days. Try the B-R-A-T diet to go easy on your stomach.

J/K. Hope you're feeling better. There are some nasty bugs going around. My kids were sick for 2 weeks and both illnesses wrapped themselves up with ear infections. Hang in there and some peppermint tea might help with the nausea. (It always helped when I was nauseous due to PREGNANCY). LOL!
