Well, here I go again....! I decided to go back to WW. During my hiatus, I managed to gain back the weight I had lost plus .5# more. UGHHH! I joined back yesterday and I do feel good about the decision now, but I did feel like hanging my head low, waiting to hear the "I told you so".

I have to say that this thread by YangYang http://disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=452996 really inspired me this morning. And I feel much happier this morning. My biggest goal right now is to get off the yo-yo wagon:yo-yo: and do a slow and steady loss. At this point my plan is to go to Weigh In, and just have them tell me I lost, I don't want to hear the number, as long as I know I am loosing, that's all I need to know.
 
No "I told you so" here, Vija!!!

Today is the first day of your NEW RESOLVE. Whatever happened before is done, over, finished, in the past.

Starting over can be HARD, and I'm really proud of you for finding the strength to do it now.

Just go to weigh-in, and don't sweat that number (whatever it is.) It's merely your starting point, not a measure of character.

Most of us here have "started over" more than once so don't let that bother you a bit! Today is the first day in your new life and your freinds here all "WISH" you well!

We're on a journey and the road isn't always a straight line; in fact, my road seems to go in circles sometimes. :D It doesn't matter, as long as we're learning and growing.

I'm glad to hear that you're feeling enthused and back on track. Baby steps are fine - be careful not to overwhelm yourself with too many demands all at once. Ease back into your eating plan, drink your water, exercise more - they're all great goals but try to tackle them one by one, OK??
 
Hi PRINCESS VIJA - Welcome back! I am still fairly new here but I just wanted to add my welcome. :D I thought that thread was very inspiring as well - it made me take a minute to really think about what I have accomplished so far and gave me things to look forward to as the pounds come off! I am sure you will do great with WW and have those lbs back off before you know it!

You should hold your head up high!!!!!!!!!! Think of all of those people who are doing nothing out there. You are trying to help yourself and everyone here will help you too! Cool thing about scales is not only do they go up...they also go D O W N.
 
Welcome back! You are not alone here, most of us have been where you are, just to begin to start over is a step in the right direction. I too am a WW drop out and after many months of frustration and losing and gaining the smae three pounds I have decided to try the atkins plan. So with all the encouragemnt of the wonderful "wishers" we can achieve our goals..good luck.
 
Hi Vija! I am so happy to see you here giving it another go. Everyone strays every now and again, so don't beat yourself up about it, the important thing is you are here now and you are inspired again.
