I really needed to see this post this morning. Part of changing our lifestyle to be more healthy is changing our eating habits but we also have to add exercise into the equation. Sometimes I ge so caught up in the scale not moving that I forget to revel in the fact that I am moving and challenging my body to be more fit and toned each day with my exercise routine! Thanks so much for the reminder. I do feel good too, I do feel fit, it is so much easier to pass on the "bad" foods when your head is clear and stimulated from a good work out. Again, I needed this reminder. It's about so much more than just a number on the scale. It's truly about how wonderful you feel on a day to day basis with good eating habits and a good exercise routine.
