:dancer: :dancer: I just needed to tell someone how good I feel!! I've dieted many times in the past & done fairly well. This time I have started exercising daily also. OMG!!! I can't even explain what a difference it's making. I feel so great, I have more energy, & I can tell it's actually improving my mood in general!! Who would have guessed a little sweating could make such an impact!! It's wonderful!!! :dancer: :dancer:
 
I am so happy for you and completely understand your feeling. It is amazing what exercising and sweating will do for you. Keep up the great work and the feeling will just keep getting better. Way to go!!!

YES!!!! I just joined Oprah's Boot Camp two weeks ago...and moving my workouts from 3x a week to 6x a week is now a WONDERFUL HABIT!!! I almost caught myself working out on my day off...I didn't know it had come so quickly! I feel stronger...I feel more confident when making eating decisions...this morning I passed on homemade cinnamon rolls and stuck to my scrambled eggs and 1 slice bacon washed down with lots of good water....because all that sugar/bread/cinnamon just didn't make me feel that my body would appreciate it....my taste buds would but the roll would make me feel heavy...and I LOVE this light feeling I have with all this exercise...I was losing 1.5 pounds a week or every other week before boot camp and with two weeks of boot camp I've knocked off almost 4 pounds!!! YEAH!!!!

I really needed to see this post this morning. Part of changing our lifestyle to be more healthy is changing our eating habits but we also have to add exercise into the equation. Sometimes I ge so caught up in the scale not moving that I forget to revel in the fact that I am moving and challenging my body to be more fit and toned each day with my exercise routine! Thanks so much for the reminder. I do feel good too, I do feel fit, it is so much easier to pass on the "bad" foods when your head is clear and stimulated from a good work out. Again, I needed this reminder. It's about so much more than just a number on the scale. It's truly about how wonderful you feel on a day to day basis with good eating habits and a good exercise routine.
