OP, some good advice has been offered as far as journaling. Try to ignore the bullies.

Sry I will retype it and see if it helps.
I was told that journaling is the healest way to get heald emotaly.
However I am afried to becuse sometimes when I Journal I can reveal things that I don't want revealed
and I have don't a lot of venting on the disboards so I was thinking of puting those in my journal

You can always journal and shred or burn.

Writing your thoughts down in your own private session adn when you are done, destroy it via shredding or SAFE burning.


While I haven't shred any of my journaling stuff--it was very beneficial to get it all out. Sometimes we suppress things and can't let them go and journaling is a way to do that.

There is a retreat that my church does and they have the participants do something similar. Writing down whatever is bothering them and then it is put into a chiminea (sp?) and burnt so that no evidence is left. It has been years since I have attended, so I don't remember exactly what we were writing down other than the retreat tends to be extremely emotional and healing and that is just one part of the process.
