I don't understand what this means.

My window just opened up to book out FP+ for February. I got everything I wanted and then decided "hey, on arrival day I'll book a FP for the electrical parade!" because it's really the only thing other than BOG we'll be doing that day. But when I try to select it there is red writing that says:

FastPass+ Distribution Has Ended for Selected Day


I'm just confused, how could it have ended for that day if it JUST opened up for FP for that day not even 45 minutes ago? And I was booking at 12:01am with zero problems. Anyone have any insight as to what it means?



ETA: The answer to my own question may have just popped into my head. I'm obviously not the only one in the world going to WDW. Safe to assume this means people who were able to book for that day already have snagged all of the FPs?

Sometimes the parades are not added until later on. I would keep checking back if I were you

Don't know all the details but apparently *no* FP slots have been released for parades for any dates after mid-January. So far it's only speculation as to what this means. So it's not just you, and it's not just MSEP.

But when they go, they go fast, since unlike other attractions, parades don't run all day, so there are a lot fewer spots that can be given out.

Ahhhhh, ok! Makes sense, parade times and dates could change! MSEP right now looks to only be happening twice while we are there, so I'll have to check back a lot. Thank you guys so much! It was late and my brain just didn't want to function anymore, I ended up confusing myself even more.

None of the MK parades have been available at all past January 11. We are just going to have to wait until they open them for booking I guess.

that, although YOUR FP+ window just opened, that day has been available to others for up to 10 days already. Not saying this is your particular issue but something to keep in mind.

Also think that everyone can book like 10 days worth of FP+ at one time? So just because YOUR window just opened there are people who have overlapped your first couple days.

I tried at midnight for our October trip and got that exact message for "Anna/Elsa, 7DMT, parades, wishes" you name it. And I was frustrated too! But with some tweaking of selecting one person and a fp I was able to secure us overlapping fp+ for the rides we wanted.

It's not that they are booked up. It was established (and shown on another thread here somewhere) that nobody has yet been able to book either MK parade for any date after January 11.
