Were you in a studio? If yes, then paper plates are the norm in ALL DVC studios, not just BWV. I have never heard of paper plates in anything but studios.
Sounds like BWV is ready for rehab. Rooms, just like people, wear out. ALL DVC resorts will be at this stage at some time or other. It would be great if those who have stayed in these awful rooms would be kind enough to contact Member Satisfaction, maybe even include photos in your communication. Perhaps the schedule can be speeded up a bit? I know that I will be doing just that if our room in Oct. is as shabby as these reports indicate.
