I want to visit. I love haunted areas.

I had a friend that used to claim spirits knocked on her door every night for advice. Maybe it needs some advice.

Is this the first time you felt cold spots in your home Ash? Usually spirits stay in a certain location from everything I have read about them. It is very unusual for one to "haunt" a person. How old is your home? We have a ghost in our house it is about 75 years old I've seen him and he likes to hide things when he is in a 'playful' mood. Usually you tell them to go and they will. I tell mine to put back my stuff and usually it will be where I had orriginally left it when I go back to look for it again.

He likes to take dd's stuff when she misbehaves.

Could be the land it sits on then or maybe you impressed a spirit in the hunted cemetery and it decided to check you out that would be very unusual unless you maybe have some physic ability you are unaware of that drew it. I wouldn't be concerned though most spirits are benign. They will leave if you tell them to.

Our first house was new construction and it was haunted.

Our second house was very old, and not a spook to be seen/felt.

Another new construction two weeks ago, and so far, so good.

So, the age of the house doesn't matter.

This is true not all old houses are haunted sometimes it is the land that is haunted not just houses.
