Sorry it's very unorganized I'm just really frustrated and I actually could go on even more and be more random. Like how disney treats parties of two like crap and big parties like gold. I'll give you the party of to for instance. I did the holloween thing last year were after buying the mickey's not so scary halloween I also did the blue bayou meal. They snuck a table at the very back next to where the staff entered and exited and tried to sit my wife an I there. We obviously asked to move and they did but the last couple that came got stuck in the back away from the view of the main stage. THAN we made a reservation at carthay and they stuck us on the side of a main room with 4 big parties there. We celebrated an anniversary and it took my wife breaking down and crying while I went to the bathroom for them to make it right. THAN that night I go to trader sams and you know what the bartender said to me when I asked can I get a light up ice cube? You have 10 bucks? I said no. He said well this is disney... nothings free. So what's my point? I guess I have no point but .. I don't know... sorry.
OK, you have gone from ranting about how a VIP guide who is your friend no longer takes you to Club 33 (when members got limited on unaccompanied reservations, guides with member friends also got limited...) and not liking the food at the top restaurants, to complaining about table placements. The reason they have that awful table at Blue Bayou is because it seats 2 more people in a sold out restaurant. And I don't know why you say they treat parties of 2 worse than large parties. I've been in both shoes, and overall I am treated the same. In some ways when I am a small party, I get in faster/easier and can get special stuff easier since it is only 2 or 3. Ah, "The Table" at BB...
They tried to put us there. We turned it down...and then watched four other couples turn it down. Finally, a very bewildered-looking pair accepted it. We noticed they finished their dinner really quickly and left...looking even more bewildered.
As a party of 2 I had the best seats at Ariels Grotto during the early WOC. Small parties, like my party of 1 adult 1 child, get to sit right in front of the windows so we saw the show perfectly. It was awesome
Actually a little girl from a very large party that was seated behind us came and sat at our table in the middle of the show. She just decided she couldn't see behind me I guess so she walked over and pulled up a chair. Her parents didn't seem to notice for about 10 minutes. We had a nice chat and she had a bread roll and enjoyed sitting next to the window. It was hilarious.
Now I feel like the food at Ariels Grotto has gone seriously down hill over the last 7 years. The offerings are less, the servings are much smaller and the taste is not very good.
yeah, really struggling to feel some feels for you. rant rant rant, club 33 isn't good enough for you, something about vip guides on your multiple vip tours, and wife cries when you get a bad table at carthay. sorry, can't muster up some sympathy.
My Mother had a sign in here kitchen, it said
" Today You Have 2 Choices For Dinner, Take It, Or Leave It."
General griping. Looks like it's time to give Disney a break and vacation someplace else. You are not going to get a lot of support complaining about Club 33, VIP tours and Carthay Circle.
This came off more of a brag than a gripe

DW and I received a front row table for the BB Halloween package, a 4 top that we did not share....Like how disney treats parties of two like crap and big parties like gold. The Halloween Party ticket should be included with the BB Dinner package, since the BB event takes up most of the evening. That's my compaint to add to this thread....paying $86 for the not so scary ticket than $300 for the Halloween special dinner plus park tickets...
