The DIS community is awesome for showing the power of prayer and good thoughts! I'm sorry for those around you that have suffered or are suffering. I too have some friends with health problems and I know the extra prayers from my DIS friends have helped.
So prayers on the way!

This is a pretty nice town, isn't it?
I love our little DIS world. I've met some wonderful people. I will say prayers for all you mentioned and all our other family and friends of the DIS community
are struggling.
Thanks, and I totally forgot about our guidance counselor's ex-husband. They are still good friends and had just been to Aulani for their son's wedding a couple of weeks ago. They noticed that he was being very quiet and forgetful, so they got him to a doctor as soon as they got back. He had a huge brain tumor! They operated, but could not get everything. They were giving him nine months to survive, at most, but now she says they have changed it to two. So sad - and especially that they will always remember the wedding and the events surrounding it as when they discovered something was really wrong.
As I get ready for bed, I will be remembering all those that were mentioned
So many need our good thoughts and prayers.
I have enjoyed getting caught up, seeing your wonderful time at Yee Haw Bob's and getting a glimpse of Mary's adorable girls who I had the pleasure of meeting last week myself!
Love all of the gift shop photos, one of those pillows came home with me. It would have been two but I couldn't see how I could get two home. I was very pleased with the price on it, I'd expected it to be more as some of the shirts and ornaments were ridiculous but that price actually seemed relatively fair.
Lifting all of your prayers, spoken and unspoken up and extra special thoughts for our DIS friend who inspires me daily. I believe in magic and pixie dust, and the power of lifted hearts.
I am sorry that we didn't get to say hello to Mary and the girls on this last trip. If their flight had not been late, we might have been able to work it out to cross paths at MCO as they started their trip and we ended ours.
Prayers are not always answered as we want them to be, but I believe that acknowledging the situations and then giving them over to God and letting His plan prevail is the thing to do.
It seems this last year has been full of so many friends (known personally or dis friends - friends) that have needed prayers and hope. Maybe it has been every year but it is just really hit home recently. I am sending all my prayers and hopes for a better time out to all my Dis friends and their Dis friends. I hope everyone has happier, healthy rest of the year.
And the more people we know, like through the DIS community as well at school, church, work, etc., the more people we are going to know who are having problems, unfortunately.
Prayers for those you have mentioned and for their families and friends as well.
I am praying for all of them.
Thank you for your good thoughts.
Good Morning! Last chance to check the dis before work and then straight off to Indiana to meet up with the family and fly out to WDW!
I just wanted to extened more prayers and good vibes

to all of those MeMom mentioned and to all who need it.
And I hope Jill's internet troubles are worked out soon! I'll be ready to catch up when I get home next week!
Take care!
I know. I am ready to put up new pictures, but I am waiting on her stoooopid internet!
Honestly...I have checked pricing for two rooms at Pop as opposed to one room at POR. (We are a family of five, so our options are more limited). POR is actually a lot less expensive for us. I know we won't be able to stay there forever since our little guy won't be little forever (and won't fit on that "extra" bed for long), but we will take advantage of it while we can. After that we will probably move on to the family suites at ASMu or AoA (which are more expensive than POR as well) or two rooms at Pop.
I know POR is coming for me eventually. I really think we will be trying out the suites soon, too. Even on trips just with Jill and the girls, we will be needing more space.
I LOVE these dishes...I need a full set!
We have these shirts, but DS grew out of his. We haven't been able to find any more of them in child's sizes to replace it.
I have been eyeing that dress on the right for quite some time...just may have to save my souvie $$$ and get it this time!
You better have a big piggy bank.
Sending lots of prayers to all these people going through rough times, i know from experience these prayers do help. When my nephew suffered extensive damage to his legs in an accident we were receiving prayers from friends of friends from as far away as Switzerland! It really means a lot and now I get to "pay it forward" I will keep them all in my thoughts and prayers each day.
It is kind of cool to have people from all around this world thinking of you in hard times.
Next week we will not be too far away from you as we head to Asheville, NC for soccer Nationals. I still cannot believe we are driving 16.5 hours for 2-3 games!! But it could be a once in a lifetime thing for Cody & of course we want to share in the experience. We will be leaving here around 5:00 am on Wed. & driving approx. 12 hours & staying overnight somewhere & then getting to the Woodrow Wilson fields for their first game at 1:00 pm on Thursday. Looking forward to seeing the Blue Ridge Parkway. They say it is beautiful.
We're so happy for the successful year your guys have had. I know it has been a ton of fun!!!
I'm sure the mountains are beautiful right now.
Thoughts and prayers for your friends and their families.
I have goods news due to alot of prayers my father has finished radiation for his cancer and seems to be doing well. The reports have been good so far. Please keep him in your prayers that we will cont. to have good reports, and prayers for my mother.
What a joy for us to celebrate for your father's health and your family's happiness!
Thinking of all of those who are suffering. My husband knew the teenage boy who was in the wreck. I can not think of anything that would be worse than loosing a child.
From all I have seen and heard, he was a top-notch kid who very much wanted to be a preacher. I feel the same way about this as I do about our friend, Emmy, who was on her way to a mission trip and was hit and killed. It is not for us to spend time asking why, though, but to help deal with the sadness for those left behind and to honor these lives however we can. Our comfort is that these fine people have gone on to better things.
Loved the updates.
Your New Fantasyland pics are great. I hope you tried the Lefou's Brew. Oh so good. I video taped the mermaid ride and rode it 4 times. LOL
Bob!! Love going to see him.
We did try the brew. I am not a big apple juice person, so I didn't care for it.
We are so glad that we got to ride Little Mermaid.
Thank you Memom for the postcard. I really liked it. I'm going to put it in my locker at school.

Lexi
You are so very welcome.
Thank you so much!!! She had the biggest smile when I told her she had mail.
She was so happy to receive it.
You are so sweet to send her a little Disney magic!

I will pray for all who are going through something in their lives.
I need to catch up on all the stuff I missed on here...i see some shopping pics I need to go and check out.
sunnystace have a FANTASTIC time at WDW! Enjoy it all!!!
Safe travels!
I hope Jill gets her internet fixed soon...I would not want to be without it...I do so much online these days.
I was thinking about you this morning and hoping you had gotten the card by now. Sometimes postcards seem to take a while, and sometimes they get there quickly.
