I'm finally all caught back up! We had lots of craziness in our lives (trip back to Wisconsin for my SIL's wedding)! I'm so sorry to hear of all those in need at the moment! We made sure tonight to put a few extra prayers out there as well as to those being affected by Sandy!

I am really curious why they took the bears out! I have never really heard a real reason as to why they left! Those pictures of Bella and the Fairygod Mother are PRECIOUS! I love how well the girls pose!

Well, for our family she was. I love watching families as they think their kids are the best, brightest, cutest, sweetest, etc., as it should be. Too many of the kids I work with at school have parents who are doing well to think about themselves, and they don't or can't think about their kids. I think it is sad that some of these kids don't get that vital praise and nurturing they need to feel special.

I love that you forget I was huge and not allowed to conquer any mountains!

I'm pretty sure Brooklynn and John went to Space Mountain and I went and grabbed fastpasses for them to use at Big Thunder Mountain.

One set of pictures blurs into another. I suppose I was thinking October thoughts. I always defer to your sharper memory of things.

Now that you are a mountain conqueror again, maybe I will do better on future reports.

Except for Everest. Then I will assume that you are getting Fastpasses and not riding.

I was momentarily confused when looking at the pic of the carrousel with the sir mickeys sign on top of it.

Maybe school Friday, there are lines down in one part of town. Next week, we are off for election day and the following Monday for Veterans Day and then we leave for Disney

I have lots of Photopass people pictures. A lot of times, while they are taking the 'classic' picture, I am taking the picture of the whole scene.

Yes, there is! Jarvis and Trent were telling a friend at brunch on Sunday about so many fun things they've done in WDW. They are planning to come on the December 2013 trip, so they started talking about how fun it is going to be! Baby stuff, kid stuff, thrill stuff, guy stuff, old people stuff - Disney World has it all.

One of my students was telling me about her dad just getting out of prison. She lives with a grandmother. Her mother comes around occasionally and is a volatile relationship. This girl is not even eight yet, but she acts like a teenager too often. I think it is sad that she hasn't just been able to have an innocent childhood.

For some reason, they couldn't find it in themselves to be loud and obnoxious. They were just as nice as they could be and talked to Bella very sweetly.

Next up was Small World, and I will warn you, I took a bunch of pictures. I am going to skim through and see if I can find enough non-blurry ones to make a decent post.

I think this may be my favorite scene in Small World. I think the animal musicians are pretty cute.

I love the photos of Bella with the stepsisters, those ladies are such characters and I love how they all have real acting talent to be able to pull of that level of craziness. I sometimes feel like those other princesses can skate by on just being a pretty face, but those stepsisters have so much personality!

Me, too, on Small World. It has its 'haters' (I know Dawn in one of them ), but we think it is cute. Can't say I'd want to get stuck in there for a long time, but for the regular length of the ride, I enjoy it. I like see all the details in each section.

Bella and I do have fun together. I am thinking that it will be next summer that she and I get to to our 'alone' days. She'll be older, and we could go down a couple of days before the others come. Of course, Brooklynn has suggested that she and I BOTH take Bella for her alone time. Bella is fine with that, though. She is crazy about her big sister right now. We may save her real alone time until they are older and at a stage when they are like this with each other!

Stepmother and her girls always have the quick wit. We've had great interactions with them. One time, one of the girls had a cinnamon roll or muffin or some treat with them, and one of the sisters started whining to her mother about needing a treat, too. They are so good at their 'streetmosphere' skills.

I'm home and all caught up! What a crazy, whirlwind trip we had! But amazing! And so cool to see it with the kiddos!

How were they with you? We have had some fun interactions with them.

We only go to the 'newest princess' meet and greets there when we can get there right before they start. I don't think we've waited more than 30 minutes, as of yet.

Bella now pretty much walks up to all the characters. She has her favorites, and if she is tired, she might not want to see them, but she does very well now. It'll be interesting to see how Sophie does with them as she grows up.

I enjoyed the Merida pictures! I haven't seen that movie b/c when it was out in theaters Seth wasn't old enough to go to a movie yet. I've already pre-ordered the Bluray so I'm looking forward to watching it. I want to try his first movie soon. I thought about Monsters Inc. 3-D but he wouldn't wear the glasses and I'm not sure he'd enjoy it if it's blurry!
