I Don't Know, I Don't Speak Wind!!

Bella is such a girly girl. Loved the picture of her trying on jewelry.

I really enjoyed the procession of pictures of her visit with the Fairy Godmother. You can just see the magic happening and her opening up. I'm also glad the steps were nice to her. She did a great job posing right along with them.

I love this picture. Bella looks like she's telling Anastasia something VERY important. Glad they weren't too obnoxious with her!

I enjoyed the Merida pictures! I haven't seen that movie b/c when it was out in theaters Seth wasn't old enough to go to a movie yet. I've already pre-ordered the Bluray so I'm looking forward to watching it. I want to try his first movie soon. I thought about Monsters Inc. 3-D but he wouldn't wear the glasses and I'm not sure he'd enjoy it if it's blurry!

I laughed out loud at this! I was thinking that was probably not right. Thanks for easing my mind, Jill!

I'd love to see Monsters, Inc. on the big screen, but not in 3D.

One trip runs into another sometimes, so I had briefly forgotten that we were still back in the summer. :crazy2:

I love Fantasyland and I can't wait to see the new additions.

It makes the place so much bigger!

Just a few pictures from last weekend's visit.

Trent and a friend took the girls to a pumpkin farm.

They did some rides, went through a corn maze, picked pumpkins and just had a fun time.

Later in the evening, we did Trunk or Treat at church.

Micah was a cute little Squirt.

Sophie had been Tinkerbell in warm Florida at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, but the Pea in a Pod suit was much better for cool Tennessee.

Oct2012030.jpg

It's always fun to get the cousins together.

Oct2012035.jpg

Notice our pea pod had been snatch by a friend who wanted to hold her.

I love this picture of Parker having a minor meltdown. :goodvibes

So hard to recognize Kellye in her mask. :)

Time for the hay ride!

The next day, we had a Sunday brunch for Jarvis, since his birthday was Monday.

Note how calm the girls are when they are around. ;)

And one more, not related to the weekend. I saw this on a field trip this week to our Science Center, and I had to share it.

Oct2012058.jpg

I sent a text to Jill that said, 'Fooled you. I said I was going to the Science Center, but I really came to Disney World.' :goodvibes

Have a great Saturday evening, all!

If you ask her what she wants for Christmas, she says, "All the Princess dresses and all the Princess shoes and all the Princess wands." Sometimes she will have on Snow White shoes, a Belle dress, and a Cinderella crown...or some such mismatch.

I had no idea the horses had numbers! Cute picture of Jill and Bella kissing. :goodvibes

Sophie is so precious as a little pea! Looks like lots of fun was had last weekend!

Honestly, YOU didn't know that the horses had numbers???

Neither did I. :rotfl2:

That picture of Bella and Fairy Godmother is so very sweet! Yes, it is Disney magic at it's finest!

Looks like typical silliness with the girls at Jarvis's birthday brunch! Food looks yummy too!

That picture of Bella and the Fairy Godmother really does sum up Disney magic perfectly!!!! :goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

Your Halloween day looks like so much fun!! Love Sophie's little sweet pea costume!

Love the Fantasy Land pictures . pixiedust:

I never heard of Trunk or Treat, I thought that was a typo! Grew up in Queens, NYC. We had plenty of houses to trick or treat at....did it start in places where the houses are too far apart? Or as a way to control the scary thought of sending the kids off on their own? Just curious. Hurricane Sandy messed with Halloween this year, a lot of places have postponed the celebrations. My Church is having a "Celebration of the Saints":littleangel: for the first time, weeks of preparation, and we are going to try to do it this Friday now.
Going "old school", it was great to see the kids working on displays of some favorite Saints. That was displayed, but the actual Service and party afterwards had to be postponed. No one had power!!! Deb

Looks like a pretty fun (and cute!) Hallowe'en! :goodvibes
We arrived back in Indiana the night before Hallowe'en and had planned on taking the kids to the same kind of thing at their church, but since we all came home with colds, we decided not to. The kids dressed up (Cinderella, Peter Pan, and Tinkerbell) and just went to a few friends' houses in the neighbourhood and were in bed early....which is when the stomach bugs started. :worried: Mia (the oldest) had it that night, and passed it on to her auntie (me!) who has been dealing with it for the past two days.

I hope Jarvis enjoyed his birthday brunch! :)

Wonderful update! I think I am going to have to schedule a trip with just my dd so we can spend some alone time together. We can do all the girlie stuff without having to listen to the boys complain. ;) Of course then I will have to schedule a boys only trip and do what they want so that would be mean mulitple trips for mom. :lovestruc

I love the trunk or treat idea.

We did have a fun weekend that week. This past weekend was filled with chores and some relaxing, but no fun. My girls weren't here.

Jill said she was feeling a little Chef Mickey-ish with the brunch food. ;) The fruit was good. ::yes::

Yes, the horses have numbers. I haven't known that for a long time myself, but now that I do, my curiosity gets the best of me, and I check out what number we are on. For Bella, she only cares now that her horses have flowers. :goodvibes

What a fun morning for Bella! Character jackpot & some pixie dust. :goodvibes

She seemed to enjoy it, but Jill and I were even more thrilled than she was that she had seen these characters on her own. :thumbsup2

Your Halloween day looks like so much fun!! Love Sophie's little sweet pea costume!

That pea pod outfit was on loan from a friend, so now it will be washed and sent back for whatever next baby needs to stay snugly and warm. :goodvibes

No typo. I like the community and church groups doing activities and just letting the kids do that instead of door-knocking. I am thinking it started with groups who just wanted to let the kids have fun in maybe a safer environment. I am all for it!

Have fun at your big event! :cool1: So sorry that people were and are without power.

Sorry about the sickness making its rounds. Boo on those bad germs! We've had a few kids out at school with pneumonia.

Jarvis did enjoy his meal. He is planning to go with us to WDW next Christmas, so we all talked Disney stuff. I hope everyone can go.

What a precious pea in the pod!

Thanks. We thought she was a cutie, of course. ;)

I love the trunk or treat idea.

Multiple trips for Mom sounds like a plan! I sure enjoy our girl trips. Boys can put a damper on things when they are tired or hungry, and that's okay when they are little boys. When they are big boys, it's not as easy to tolerate the whining and sighing.

This was our first visit to Plaza Restaurant.

This is not helping with how much I know I am going to be missing a Disney Christmas here in a few weeks!!!

I love the Plaza! I think it is totally underrated! The food and service are always amazing! The grilled chicken sandwich (skip the ham) is soooo good! :thumbsup2 I bet it was a delicious lunch (and a nice way to skip those crowds! yikes!)

I meant to buy a new ornament this year but it didn't happen. I didn't even make it into that shop! :headache: It was too hard with 3 shopaholic children with a bad case of the "I want"'s (If you can believe it, the 4 year-old boy was the worst! I asked what his favourite part of the trip was when we got home and he said "buying stuff"). Oh well, I'll get one next time! It's fun to look at your pictures and window shop!

OK. So how many of thought - just for a second - about making ADR's?? :lmao::rotfl:

Longtime lurker here. Enjoying your report and the stories of your family. So glad Jill is healing and the new baby is precious.

Susan

:wave2:

I'm here and reading along, trying to catch up and STAY caught up! :goodvibes

Love The Plaza...yum. I read a rumor a while ago it might become the new Starbucks. And while I welcome Starbucks wholeheartedly to the Magic Kingdom and will happily get my vanilla latte...don't take away The Plaza. I truly hope it was a false rumor.

I bought that Baby's first Christmas frame ornament for my newest great niece! I have yet to give it to her... I know, you're thinking I'm way too young for a great niece. It's on my DH's side - we have about 10 of them!

We enjoyed the Plaza - way back in 2008!! We should go back again.

I'm partial to the meatloaf at the Plaza.
I hope the rumor that Brook heard was false!
