I am a little behind, and will have to go back to catch up, but I have to say that I love the new Storybook Circus. The new Dumbo is so beautiful, especially lit up at night with the water!

The water/lights double Dumbo is very cool. I usually like 'originals' on things, but I really like this.

Speaking of being tall enough for Barnstormer, guess who was 37 inches at his 2-year appt? Yep, so he can ride it in May! 3 more inches and he can also ride Splash Mountain and Soarin (not to mention a few others that I don't think he'd be ready for yet). I think he'd do fine on Splash as long as I squeezed him tight during the drop. Soarin I'm not so sure about - I don't know that he'd get the concept yet. But May is 8 months away so we'll have to see....they change so much in that amount of time!

Yes, a lot will change, and Soarin' is so mild, I wouldn't hesitate. As far as the fun factor for him, it might not be amazing, but I don't see a reason
not to take him, either.
Lol one time a FL resident asked me if we had snow year-round, and I was like, "No, we aren't Alaska!" Then I went home and saw a legit news story on how people were going snowboarding in July in the morning and then heading to a Rockies game in the afternoon! So apparently, I was wrong! We DO have snow all the time!!
MK all dolled up for fall makes me so nostalgic! My first trip was during the fall! I love it so much!

I am always praising October trips to people who ask when to go. As much as it is also beautiful in December, the crowds are more of a factor for someone just going once, so I tell them about all of the great things that happen in October.
I'm back from my cruise and all caught up again! I am so glad that Jill is doing better.

The new Storybook Circus looks SO cool!!! I can't wait to see it in person! The water features on Dumbo are so pretty!
It makes a huge difference in the atmosphere, and for little ones, the waiting/play area is fantastic.

I haven't been over by Dumbo and Barnstormer at night, but it actually looks very cool. I love the addition on lights and water to the new Dumbo, and I think that the Barnstormer is the perfect mini-coaster for young kids. Preparing them for Thunder!
Barnstormer is a good kid coaster, although I think it could be a tiny bit milder. I think it's a little much for two year olds, but it seems like they are okay with it - most of them, anyway - so what do I know?
Jill does look extremely happy in that photo! It's crazy how much happened to all of you after that. I'm so glad everything is getting back to normal.
Ok, Storybook Circus. Right now, is it just Dumbo and Barnstormer? I'm out of the loop with the changes. We leave in a month and I'm starting to panic just a little bit.
Do not panic! Plan and pack and have fun with that! Mom and daughter are gonna have a blast!
They made the dumbo/circus area so cute!! The effect of the light and water is awesome! It adds so much!

Even in the hospital, when I would drag the camera out, Jill would force a smile, but that is what it was - forced. The smile in that picture was real, and I loved seeing it!
Kelli - there is also Casey Jr's splash/soak zone back there now. Lots of little kids getting SOAKED!!!
The Belle cottage/story thing is apparently in soft opening. I've seen a lot on FB about that!
The girls will love seeing Belle. She is Bella's favorite on most days.

I do have pictures, the problem is uploading them...I'll see if I can figure it out ( if the aforementioned internet allows me to ...).It won't be too hard to recognize me though...I'll be the one with two bored looking teenagers who will be walking 20 steps ahead of me...( just kidding, i'll try to post some pictures, ok ?).

It's funny how happy I got when I posted that picture, because although Jill and I had some huge laughs in the hospital when it was just the two of us together, she was still sick, and things were still not right. She's coming up here next weekend, and I think this will be the time things will feel 'normal' and like that picture again.
