I don't believe I've ever asked for good thoughts and prayers before...

...but I sure could use some now. A suspicious lump was found on my mammogram this morning and I need to go see a breast surgeon for a biopsy on Tuesday. There is a very strong history of breast cancer in my family including my grandmother and 5 of her sisters.

I'd appreciate any good thoughts and prayers you could send my way.

My mom had a suspicious lump not too long ago, it just turned out to be fatty tissue. I hope that's the case with you too. Please keep us updated.

You'll be in my prayers. Try not to worry too much. Many suspicious lumps turn out to be nothing to be concerned about. But on the other hand, that's easy to say and not easy to do.

I'm a breast cancer survivor, so I've been there. Waiting is beyond hard. Please let us know what you find out on Tuesday. And PM me if you need someone to talk to.
