OK...I have translated your post....what i can say is that i have been accused of...say...maybe...parking in a lot that was not appropriate. But I can say to you for "official" DisBoards advice. "Never park illegally"!!!!!:rolleyes1

didnt know it was illegal to park there if you had a ressie.....i dont have a problem of catching a bus and boating over there

technically it is illegal to park, go to dinner, and then the park.....however i have done it numerous times....some on this board find it to be a capitol offense

thanks..by the ay im a michigan fan therefore a Brady fan therefore a Patriots fan...gotta love brady

You're welcome to park in the WL lot for your dinner, and then move your car to the MK lot. They'll probably give you a 3-hour parking pass when you get to the WL guard shack. There simply isn't enough room in the WL self-park lot for guests of the hotel and folks who want to take the boat to MK.

As an alternative, you can take advantage of the free valet parking at WL for DVC members. I've read on these boards that there's no time limit for parking if you use valet, but I honestly don't know what the 'official' rule is on this one. The valet lot at WL isn't very big, either.

Or, you can take the OKW bus to MK, and take the boat to WL and back.

The official rule on valet parking from DVC. You can valet park for free at resorts that have DVC resorts attached to them to visit the resort. Members are not supposed to park, either self park or valet park, at a resort to visit a theme park. I read this in the last Vacation Magic.

You might also take the bus to the MK from OKW, then hop the boat over to WL. The bus only takes about 12 minutes from the time you leave OKW until you arrive at MK. And the boat is fun. If you wanted to venture out a bit more, you could monorail or walk over to the Contemporary Resort and take a boat from the Contemporary over to the WL as well. That is a more open boat (no strollers open, it's a smaller boat).
