One hour yoga/pilates, plus 16 minutes--.63 miles--on the treadmill. Boy I dread that treadmill, but I feel better having done it. Now I just need to get myself into a routine using it!
I did 35 minutes on the treadmill including a 10 minute jog! I also did about 10 minutes in the weight room at my hotel.
(I am staying at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta and they have a great workout area. Too bad I don't always get to stay fancy places like this! I might go to the pool and sauna tonight just to make sure I get to take full advantage of all the stuff!)
I forgot to post my exercise for Wednesday.
I did my WATP tape that is a combo of walking and jogging, it is a nice work out. You go about 2 and 1/2 miles.
I did the 3 mile WATP video but only did about 2. 75 miles.. talk about slacking off at the end!!! I did the cool down on my own while stretching doing the dishes.
I want to check out that walking and jogging WATP. How is that?
I was going to do the FIRM lower body sculpt but didn't. I was really tired.
I think I got to excited throwing my arms around in the WATP video the day before because my right arm is really sore!
