I am so mad! According to the CM, my AAA rate at POP is better than the AP rate. She said that POP and 1 of the All Stars (can't remember which one) are only offering a 5% AP discount. My AAA rate is better than that. What is the point of having a AP?!

I'm not seeing anything online on the passholder site yet. Are the discounts typically available by calling before the site is updated? Or has nothing been released yet?
I am pretty sure we won't be using a PH discount for our trip but I was curious how it all works

Just called - they've been released through August 18 - but the code doesn't seem to be working yet for Deluxes.

CM said to call back in about an hour.

(We're looking for AoA for Labor Day weekend as well and those dates won't be out for "probably another 2 months.")

I was able to get that it is 5% for the Poly and WL and 25% for the GF. She said she didn't have any more than that. Being stingy with her #s I believe.

Called cm said for the beach club villa July 20th it was $419 for that night ...
Rack rate is $416 on the web site and with the summer sale it's $395 ...

At the deluxe level the discounts are

30% - BC, YC, BW, AK (standard view)

25% - GF, CR

5% - Poly, WL, AK (savannah view)

We were looking WL or Poly, so this is not helping!

At this moment I am being told that the YC only have Club level. I am on with Guest Services and they are being very coy about percentage off per resort level.

Just got off the phone and the GP is better for ASM std than a AP rate by $5/night. Also checked YC for 6/29-6/30 and was quoted $733.50.

This is not a big deal. Looks like GP rate is better.

Even the Royal Guest Rooms were discounted on a GP rate and they are not even available to the APs.

The CM I spoke to said there may be more offers coming, but I don't think he truly knows. I certainly wouldn't want to be on the phones today

Correction to above GP rate is $10 better/night at ASMu at $140.90 vs. $150.52 AP per night.
