I've read so many threads here and didnt see this mentioned anywhere, maybe i'm the only one? i knew there would be lots of walking and standing still in lines, but i didnt expect to be in so much pain! i was in agony all most the entire time i was there! my feet swelled up and throbbed in pain, my legs were killing me and my lower back was throbbing in pain. if i knew then what i know now, i would have gotten a scooter. i wanted to open and close the park, but after 7 hours i literally couldnt stand another minute and walking to the shuttle bus was hard, i want to crawl there!
the crowds were insane, way more than i expected for a tuesday and wednesday. there were some rides i didnt get on just because i couldnt stand the thought of walking anywhere else, further. i didnt make it to Radiator springs, it was down when i got there and never walked back.
however, i did have some fun and my favorite ride was Star Tours. i went on it several times and the lines werent too terrible. i couldnt wait to get on space mountain, i used to love it. i dont know if they changed something, but i was scared to death, closed my eyes and prayed for it to end!! wont be going on that again. the other ride i went on several times was the pirates of the carribean. it was so peaceful and soothing, i loved it. i was surprised with the haunted mansion. it was decked out on the outside for halloween, but the inside was all christmas. very few ghosts. still interesting, just not that haunted. soooooooooo it was fun, but i missed out on some things due to pain! maybe i'm too old and fat for fun!
