Thanks to all you Pilates people!!!! You gave me the boost I needed to take the cellophane off the 20 minute workout tape. Man, that was great! I even broke a sweat (ha ha!)
It was over before I knew it. I am going to do that one at least three times a week!
I followed it up with lunges and squats. I feel so great right now! Woo-hoo!
