I started in August at 200 and easily dropped 8 pounds. Then in Sept I just stuck there at 192-193. I had been taking the Weight Smart vitamins by One-a-Day in the beginning but then stopped taking them (as I usually do with vitamins!). I started taking them again this week and did not really think about 'my weight' everyday and just made some good choices. I actually excercised a lot less this week (only 3x on treadmill instead of my 5-6x in the past weeks). I got on the scale this am and it said 189.6. I almost cried!!! I have not seen 180's in years!!! My 1st thought was my battery in my scale must be low!! But then I thought about how I've had a pretty good week. I'm so pumped sitting here in my workout gear..just laid the baby down for a nap and I'm off to the treadmill. I wonder how much those vitamins are helping??
I'll have to change my clippie to '10' later..gotta go EXERCISE!!!
