I did it!!!

After a hard time with the 4th of July (went up north...we all know how that can go), I weighed in yesterday (yikes, a day early, have to go out of town for training) and I was down 1.8 pounds for a grand total of......30 pounds!!! I could not have done it with out you guys. I know I don't post a whole lot, but I am always here checking things out. Only 20 more pounds to go!!
