Well, this past week has truly been an adventure - one VERY busy, very fun adventure!! :cool1: This has been the first big promotion that Disney has offered since I have become a Disney only travel agent. :Pinkbounc I think I have come through it in one piece!! It was extremely nice being able to tell people about the great deal that Disney was offered....and even nicer to know that I am able to do something for a living that I am really enjoying. :teeth: Yes, at times, when the phone just wouldn't stop it became un-nerving........I must say, it really has made me appreciate the cast members who work at CRO who must have hundreds of calls in a day.

In case there is any out there, thank you for all you do to make vacations magical!! :wizard:

2 weeks ago dealing with another resort's reservationists--who were all very polite, even delightful, & patient--still, I was tearing my hair out!
Over a 2 day period I spoke with 4 of them & rates, admissions, packages etc would get so much conflicting info-
I guess it is not the reservationists fault but the system they work with, but boy could the management learn a lot from the Disney system

I usually get the most helpful CMs :thumbsup2
