I could use some ideas for themed refreshments

I'm looking for some more ideas for refreshments. We are having a guest speaker who has done a lot of work for getting clean water to children in other countries who otherwise wouldn't have access to clean water.

Right now we are having small finger foods, and I am making water drop shaped sugar cookies with blue sugar or blue icing.

Does anyone else have any cool ideas following a water theme?

I've been googling and it seems everything is ocean-y or like spring showers.

I thought I'd see if any dis-ers had any ideas to throw out there.

elWow that's a toughie....how about watermelon? fancy bottled waters, or pitchers of water with those reusuable ice cubes for color?

What about something representing the countries that have been helped? that might be easier than water themed food..
