I have this manager who is definitely not at all manage people. She doesnt have the people skills. She is a miserable human being. She does her management job in a half-azz fashion. She is unprofressional and everyone who saw it, is an butt kisser so I have no witnesses. So then she gets reemed for not doing her job and making unprofessional and prejudice references, and I get hell from it. So she sent me home, because we were supposed to sit down and discuss the paperwork, and by that time she was ready to haul into me, so I called my union rep. The funny thing is that I have been working without this note for over 8 days.
