Yes, I love that my kids are involved in extracurricular activities and I love watching them play, BUT I am so glad for the rain because Bradley's tennis practice, Brittany's softball practice, Selena's softball practice, and Destiny's kickball game have all been cancelled!!! (Guilty yea!!)

I really needed the break!!

Oooh--you've got nice coaches. DS's soccer coach holds practice rain or shine, as long as it's above 35 degrees when it's raining. THey had one practice where the temp on the field was 29 degrees when practice started.

They play games in the rain, so she feels that any rainy practice experience will help them. I know they don't play tennis or softball much in the rain, so that could be the difference.
