I'm getting tired of walking out of class after a test with a POUNDING headache. We had our midterm today in my data structures class.
All I can say is pointers in C give me a headache!
The Prof saw which problem I was having difficulty with and kept going "but this should be easy!"
Easy? I was the second person done -- and I finished 1 minute before class was up! He extended the test by 5 minutes to give others a chance to finish.
On the plus side, though, he quickly flipped to the question I'd been pondering and fighting with and glanced over it and said it at least looked like I had the right idea and he thinks I got it right. So maybe it wasn't a wasted headache
I must say I can't remember having ever been as challenged in a class as I'm being in this one while still able to call the professor fair. Maybe not a very good lecturer, but fair in the questions he asks, what he expects out of the students, and how he grades. I also can't remember many classes where I can really show just how much I've learned and how far I've gotten in just a few weeks' time.
So, while I can't wait for the semester to be over with, I'm still changing degrees to the other program, and I absolutely hate programming in C, I'd have to say so far this semester is a success!
