I absolutely can't wait - we are going to Disney World for the first time as a family in February! My husband and I are going with our two boys, who will be 9 years old and 7 years old at the time of the trip.

We will be staying at the Coronado Springs Resort and have 5-day park hopper passes with the water park feature (really hoping to stop by Typhoon Lagoon while we're in Orlando, as my 7 year old desperately wants to "swim with the sharks").

My parents will be joining us at Disney for most of our stay - so Grandma and Grandpa will also stay at CSR.

I honestly can't wait to experience this with my boys. I have been to Disney World before, but it was more than 15 years ago and things have changed a lot! We did not opt for the dining plan, so we are planning on eating lunch in the parks and eating dinner off-site or counter-service. Neither of my boys eats much for breakfast, so we plan on buying something from a grocery store for them to eat in the room before we head to the parks.

We are planning a trip for February 2016. Stayed at CSR Aug 2013. It was Great!! You will enjoy CSR. My girls were 8 & 10 when we went and they loved the main pool, slide, and play area. The restaurant was "counter service" and has some waitresses who refill drinks and such. The food was fab! We loved it. We didn't eat at their table service.

I am so excited I can hardly stand it. I know the kids are going to flip their lids when they see the pool area! I saw they do marshmallow roasts and movies under the stars, too! We are flying in on a Sunday & will have the entire afternoon to play in the pool and enjoy the resort (no theme parks that day). I plan on checking in, playing in the pool, then going to dinner at the T-Rex cafe in Downtown Disney. I know the resort is very large, but it looks like there are bus stops for each general area. I plan on requesting a building in the Cabanas area... close to the pool and also (fairly) close to El Centro.

We were in 8a it was right by the pool and not so far from El Centro but right by the bus stop. I just loved it. We want to try another resort, but will definitely return to CSR willingly.
