I can't seem to find any availability at Values over Memorial Day.

Have you tried booking through hotels.com, expedia.com, or Travelocity.com

Last year I was trying to get a second room at AOA LM and Disney showed no availability but was able to get it through expedia. Then I kept checking Disney and availability opened up. I switched it in order to link it with my other reservation.

There is definitely availability through Expedia.

I see rooms on expedia for $110

I saw rooms on both the US and UK versions of Expedia for May 24-May 31. On UK, Pop is $821 total and ASMu and ASSp are $712 total. On US version, Pop is $930 and ASMu and ASSp $851.
