I can't retrieve my ADRs?!?

I have confirmation numbers... I booked on the infamous "switchover" date and I can't pull up any of my ressies! Please help me, I am in a bit of a panic as our travel dates are three weeks away! HELP! It's telling me they "cant retrieve reservations and to call" Am I doing something wrong?!?

If you have more than one phone number (i.e. cell, home) try one and then the other. I had to make ADRs before and after switch over so one of my ADR res.# is used my home, the others my cell. Why? I don't know but I did. I checked them one at at time because if one number is wrong in the multi-check then none will show.

Thank you, after a minor panic attack I remembered we got new cell numbers the day AFTER I made the reservations, after looking up the old numbers I found then! Thank you SOOOO much!!

My ressies are now under 3 different phone numbers. I had to go through and seperately do each one and write the numbers down on my info because I was sooooo confused. I don't know why I put our home number on some, my cell on some and hubbys on others. Of course, they were made at different times, but still, what was I thinking?

Is there any way to view or change dining reservations made online? Is the only way to do it by calling the dining number or is there a place on the Disney site to access your res from?

You can retrieve your dining resv., booked online or on phone, online with your resv. # and the phone number used when making the resv. You can print or cancel your resv. I needed to change one so I cancelled and rebooked.

But where on the site. I have looked all over the disneyworld.com dining page and I cannot find a link for accessing my dining reservation anywhere. Do you have a link or can you direct me to where on the dining page this option is?

When you go to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/ move the mouse over "My Disney Vacation" in the top right corner. At the bottom of the list that appears you will see "Dining Reservations" Click on that. (If you have not signed in you will need to at that point) If you are signed in you will see Retrieve Dining Reservations- a box for confirmation number and phone number used when making reservation. There is also an otion to add more boxes to retrieve more at one time. Click Retrieve Dining- if your numbers are correct, scroll down and you will see a confirmation. You then have the option to add a celebration or cancel. If you print this page it prints nice boxes with reservation info only (not all the pics and other things on the page)

ok-whenever I try to log in I can't remember my password so it sends me a temp one. When I try to enter that one it says there is an error and to contact them? I just want to cancel some meals and i can't get on. How can I go directly into the page that lets me enter my phone number to see my list? I'm trying to do the right thing by canceling and it is making it very hard. I have some good ones to release. thanks
