I can't reserve POFQ ?

I can't seem to reserve POFQ for april 16th threw the 23rd thre the web sight would you call and check with CRO? This is school vacation week for the North East. I'm not sure what is going on.

I have read others having problems getting the web to book the trip but had success with CRO. Plus you can't hear Disney tunes while you wait if you book on-line!

I had a similar problem a couple months back trying to book POFQ for a week before Easter. My TA had no problems when they contacted CRO. I've also been able to get availability through travelocity.com when the disney site was not showing availability.

I find that the web site is good for info but I don't like it for Res. Call CR.

I've had POFQ booked for some time. We are going the week before Easter and booked with CRO. When I was first checking rates, it was not available from the Web site and still isn't. I would definately call.

I had problems booking AKL for the same week thru CRO - it was booked up - took 45 minutes of trying different things until the CM "manipulated" the system somehow & found us a room.....

Makes me wonder what the crowds will be like......

This wasn't about room ressies but I had a nightmare experience ordering an AP voucher through the site. Our credit card was billed 4 (!!!!!) times and after over a month 2 (not 1) vouchers showed up. I had to straighten everything out over the phone. For me, at least, the website is strictly for info from now on.

We stayed at POFQ the same time this year and didn't have trouble and we booked in Feb 2004 for April 2004. And We just got back for WL and I only booked that 1 month ahead Which Sept is a lot slower. So maybe it is something with the online reervation.

Kelly, there is something going on with the website reservation system. I tried getting reservations at POFQ through the website last August for weeks, and it never would give me POFQ- I could get all the other resorts, but not that one. I emailed the website and they said there was a "technical difficulty" and had alerted the website maintenance team about fixing it. Well, obviously that never happened from the sound of it. I tried again a week after that email, and still no POFQ reservations available through the website. So, I gave up and called CRO and got the reservations for the dates I had wanted without any problem.

Since POFQ has not been available on the Web site around Easter (even when you select it) for some time, I'm wondering if they are trying to fill the other resorts first. I've had the Web site give me CSR and POR as secondary choices. These two are much larger than POFQ. Just a thought.

One week ago today I had this same problem. I'd put in for POFQ and Riverside would pop up. I thought maybe my dates (February 15-21, 2005)were sold out. But I called CRO and had no problem booking 2 rooms for my dates. So I say definately call them!
