I can't remember- can you pay at the counter service restaurants w/a credit card?

We're leaving tomorrow and I don't know if I should take some more money out at the ATM or if I can just use a CC to pay...again, this is for the cheapie counter svc. restaurants- not the sit-down ones. Thanks in advance!

Yes... I am positive about Cosmic Rays, Pinocchio's, and Pecos Bills. I am scared to death about carrying cash (I lose everything!), so I usually do it all with a credit or debit card and just bring enough for a couple ice cream bars, parking, and random souvies like balloons...

If you are staying onsite, you can charge back on your room key. That's what I always do, I don't like alot of people having access to my actual credit card #.

Yes, they all take credit cards. The only places in the parks that take cash only are the stands that sell popcorn, ice cream, etc.

Cool- thanks! I, too, hate carrying cash. We will most likely eat lunch at Cosmic Ray's...I'm bringing sandwiches for the kids but will get a side order of fries for them, and the rotisserie chicken sounds great to me. So pretty much just the quick snack-type places (like Aloha Isle) are the ones that are cash-only? BTW, we're in the Clearwater area!

Isn't it so nice to live close enough to WDW to do day trips? It is such a "Small World"...GeorgeG, I lived in Suffern for about a year and went to Montebello Elementary, then I lived in Tuxedo for 15 yrs and still spent a whole lot of time in the Suffern area!

We counted all of our change that we had been saving over the past couple of years and bought a lot of Disney Dollars before our trip and used those everywhere!

Yes, but be careful. There was a post a while back that described that at some counter service resturants, they print the entire CC number on the receipt. If you are like me that receipt probably goes in the trash with the the rest of the tray filth.
